Mechanical Service International's role would include:
- Assisting proposal group for pre-bid and bid activity for project costing (bidding stage) and sourcing in the Far East.
- Audit fabricators and provide data to the Manufacturer's Management, to aid in qualification of fabricator and selection of subcontract fabricator.
- Assist the Manufacturer in post award subcontract negotiations, in the region.
- Manage quality assurance and quality control procedures, on all subcontractors.
- Provide assistance to the Manufacturer selected subcontractors for code and customer standard compliance, as well as for qualification by local regulatory bodies and end users.
- Provide assistance to subcontractors on behalf of the Manufacturer for expedition of scheduling and logistics.
- Augment construction/erection management as required to the Manufacturer in other specific parts of the world as requested.
- Acting on behalf of and for the Manufacturer within the territory and as directed for other specific assignments.
